Gold Beach Golf

If you are a golfer I have been assured that you will enjoy playing on our Cedar Bend Golf Course. The Cedar Bend Golf Course is located in a quaint little valley just inland from the Pacific Ocean. It’s true that the Cedar Bend Golf Course does not have ocean views like Bandon Dunes, which is a pleasant 60 mile drive to the north.

Instead, the Cedar Bend Golf Course is surrounded by real trees…not fake trees that some golf course architect has specified. And running though our 9 hole (but you go around twice and make 18 holes out of it) golf course is a real mountain stream with real fish in it…not some fake stream with treated water and plastic fish. And our water does not recirculate either…it keeps on going to the ocean.

You drive northeast from Gold Beach about 9 miles, park your car and play. You might be distracted by a logging truck going by…maybe. Or by Canadian Geese or Osprey or Eagles flying overhead. Perhaps you’ll have to wait a moment while a herd of Roosevelt Elk cross the fairway…or perhaps a deer or two. But then they are used to dodging balls. Tough price to pay to be able to play on such a great little course.

My brother, who has way more time than I do, loves golf and loves the Cedar Bend Golf Course. You will too.
